1.Introduction of bearing protrusion measuring instrument
Precision machine tool spindle, high-speed electric spindle, precision instrument shafting and other high-precision shafting most of the use of angular contact ball bearings pairing, such bearings not only require high-speed, high-precision, but also require bearing pairing, shafting requires higher stiffness. To meet these requirements, it is necessary to accurately measure the end protrusion of a single bearing under a certain preload. This instrument is to solve the problem of measuring the protrusion of bearing end face, and is used to measure the protrusion of precision spindle paired bearing.
