RV reducer - precision bearing reducer, precision cycloidal reducer, is a reducer used for robots. The robot RV reducer bearing series of reducers has excellent performance in compact structure and high rigidity, and the key to its reducer is the precise positioning of the bearing. Bearings are required to have high output torque, high accuracy, large load, small volume, light weight, high rigidity, low noise, long service life, smooth operation, and high safety and reliability,
The bearings of the RV reducer of the robot are lubricated by immersion or forced lubrication. In order to prevent oil leakage in the direction of the lower shaft extension, the sealing method of the reducer adopts a combination seal. In the currently selected reducer, forced lubrication is not required, and immersion lubrication is used. This requires a supplementary oil tank in the upper part of the reducer, and the oil level in the supplementary oil tank should be higher than the position of the upper bearing of the reducer to meet the needs of bearing immersion lubrication.
It is worth noting the axial and radial forces borne by the bearings of the robot RV reducer. Due to the conventional installation of the bearings on the output shaft of the reducer, there are certain limitations on bearing external forces. When there is a significant external force, the reducer structure should be redesigned and bearings should be selected based on the provided axial and radial forces.
The torque acting on the steel rope drive wheel of the overhead passenger vehicle is relatively high. If it is directly connected to the bearing of the robot RV reducer, its external force is much greater than the radial and axial forces limited by the standard design and the reducer with reinforced bearings.
